DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! October 7, 2011

Spent almost $200 on this junk as well as hours trying to download all kinds of drivers and anything I could just to use it any way I could.
THIS IS A HOAX !!! Their support has an attitude.
Go buy a Haynes Manual for $20. It's as good or better and it works. BenzWorld.com needs to blacklist this site! How do they sleep? Not everyone with a Benz is wealthy. I wanted to do my own service on the car I love. Do yourself a favor, get a Haynes Manual at AutoZone.
