I like it overall and it's already helped me service my own car. I've worked on cars all my life, just not mercedes. Sometimes it's hard to follow and the pictures are confusing on some of the subjects. In general though it's good and I used it to rebuild my driveline. It saved me a lot more than it cost.

Repair Manual Form Options |

Your repair manuals are very complete in their content. When viewing your website it shows the format as a hardbound copy, this is misleading when in fact it is CDs. I think the customer should have a choice as to the format of the manual. I don't remember seeing the format type included in your advertisement, this should be changed immediately. It would be very difficult, if not impossible for a mechanic or a do-it-yourselfer to perform any of the task for repair.

Most information there. Just a little difficult to find. Sometimes have to look in several places to find everything. Example: Window regulator. First have to find door panel removel. Then find window regulator. Very time consumeing.

Workshop Manual sent on 3 Feb 09. This CD Rom version is excellent. I have a vehicle that a previous owner has fitted incorrect A/C Control unit. I was able to I.D the problem quickly and can now complete the repair correctly & quickly Regards

I was surprized that my discount was not applied.
THe owners manual was for a diffrent auto, not impressed !
Some of the pages are tough to read, the lines are faint.
I feel that to charge this much the owners manual should be for the proper vehicle. This will require a second purchase for something that was listed in the index but was not delivered.
I rate the manual 4 0f 5, but your non-completion of the "promise" a 2 of 5.
