The new Nuvi 370 is the perfect automotive GPS system with
traveler’s assistant as well as a digital entertainment feature. The
Nuvi 370 offers a 3.5” Diagonal TFT display, with great features such
as a white backlight and anti-glare touch screen. The display also
features 320 x 240 pixels and 64k colors for ultimate visibility no
matter what the weather is. With a weight of only 5.1 oz. and
measurement of 2.9”H x 3.9”W x .9”D, the 370 is able to fit comfortably
in your pocket or purse for your busy on the go lifestyle.
The Garmin Nuvi is WAAS enabled and has a high sensitivity
integrated GPS receiver allowing for optimal satellite signal. The Nuvi
also includes a MCX connector port for an optional external GPS antenna
connection. The 370 is powered by built-in lithium ion batteries for
4-8 hours of use away from the car. For automobile traveling, a 12-volt
power adapter cable is provided.
The Nuvi 370 comes preloaded
with City Navigator North America and Europe, which includes detailed
road mapping of the entire U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and 34 European
countires.
No Downloading is required! This mapping database includes nearly six
million points of interest for both North America and europe, which
includes hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs, and attractions. All
of which is provided by NAVTEQ technology. Another great feature that
the 370 offers is Text to Speech, which means you get automated and
visual navigational instructions and warnings. For instance, the Nuvi
will prompt you to “Turn right on Main St.” rather than “Turn right in
500 ft.”. The Garmin Nuvi also offers both a 2D overhead view and a 3D
mapping perspective.. The Garmin Nuvi 370 comes with Bluetooth® wireless
technology capability with integrated microphone and speaker that
enables users to make hands-free mobile phone calls. Users simply tap
the screen to answer incoming calls, then speak directly into the
unit’s built in microphone. Nuvi’s custom POI’s allow for personalized

The Nuvi 370 comes with the GTM-12
receiver for traffic information from Total Traffic Network. The Total
Traffic Network traffic information is transmitted through an FM
broadcast to your GTM-12 receiver allowing the Nuvi 370 to use that
information and route you around any delays, including traffic jams,
construction, or accidents. The Total Traffic Network is available in
