I paid $409 for a new manual. What I received was a used DVD with a tattered case. The DVD had fingerprints and scratches. I called your 800 number and lodged my complaint. Your customer service rep responded by saying, "What do you want me to do?" I said, "How do you explain a new DVD with a tattered case, fingerprints and scratches?" He said maybe they took it out of the case to test the DVD. I said, "I would test the DVD to see if it works". It wouldn't work on my new computer using VISTA. It worked on my old computer using XP. If I didn't have an old working computer the DVD would have been useless to me. I'm not happy paying top dollar for a marginally acceptable used product. It probably doesn't have the latest information, that I paid for, from Mercedes.

The cd I recieved is not a DVD, and it does not show you exactly how to repair your vehicle. i was under the impression that i would get a DVD that would show how to uninstall and install different parts.

THNAKS FOR THE CD IT IS GREAT, AM REALLY SO HAPPY TO GET IT, AS I WAS SEARCHING FOR ANY DETAILS ON MY MERCEDES S 300 1992. AND I DO NOT HAVE THE MANUAL. AND AM GOING TO KEEP THIS CAR FOR LONG SO OBVIOUSLY I WOULD NEED THAT.
THNAKS AGAIN , AND PLS LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN ADVICE ANY CATALOGUES OR DEVICES FOR THIS MODEL.
